Partner Certification Matching
Orders are routed strictly to suppliers holding ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 certifications matched to the project's exact specification and process type. No uncertified facility ever receives a live drawing.
Raw Material Traceability
Mandatory Mill Test Certificates (MTC / EN 10204 3.1) and XRF spectroscopic analysis are completed and locked to the lot record before production begins. Any heat-lot discrepancy triggers a hold.
Independent 3rd-Party Inspection
Accredited third-party quality agencies — entirely separate from the manufacturing facility — perform CMM dimensional verification, NDT testing (UT / MPI / DPT), and surface roughness audits. Results go directly to FERRASTACK, never filtered through the supplier.
Final Pre-Shipment Release
Shipping authorization is granted only upon complete review and sign-off of the final Quality Inspection Dossier — MTR, CMM report, NDT certificates, and COC — by a dedicated FERRASTACK QA engineer. No exceptions.

CAD Anonymization Engine
Before any drawing reaches a manufacturing partner, an automated process strips all identifying information — company names, logos, title blocks, revision histories, and embedded metadata — so suppliers see only geometry.
Encrypted Cloud Storage
All engineering files are stored in AES-256 encrypted vaults with role-based access control (RBAC). Access is granted on a need-to-see basis, scoped to the specific manufacturing step, and revoked automatically upon project closure.
Comprehensive Quality Dossier
Every shipment carries a complete, digitally archived documentation package — accessible from your portal for the life of the programme.
